2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect and protect all client information. Names, contact details, dietary preferences, and internal business matters are kept strictly confidential.

Client details will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

Any digital information collected through our website or ordering systems is securely stored and used solely to fulfill orders and improve services.
3. Professional Conduct

We have a zero tolerance for misconduct. Our staff are trained to provide service with courtesy, professionalism, and care at all times.

Clients and staff are expected to treat each other with mutual respect.

Any breach of conduct (harassment, abuse, or unethical behavior) will result in immediate corrective action.
4. Orders & Deliveries

Orders should be placed within the stated cut-off times for timely preparation and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates; we strive to be punctual but factors such as traffic or weather may cause slight delays.

Minimum order requirements may apply for deliveries outside central Harare.

Clients are encouraged to check their order upon delivery. Any concerns must be raised immediately for prompt resolution.
5. Payments & Cancellations

Accepted payment methods include EcoCash, ZIPIT, Bank Transfer, Swipe, and USD cash.

Payments must be settled as agreed (before or on delivery).

For event catering, a deposit may be required to confirm bookings.

Cancellation of events or bulk orders must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice period and preparation status.
6. Liability

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure food safety, Vanilla Bean cannot be held liable for allergies or adverse reactions if clients do not disclose dietary restrictions in advance.

Clients are encouraged to provide allergy or dietary requirements when placing an order.
7. Policy Updates
Vanilla Bean reserves the right to update these policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
